We strive for consistency, but class formats and instructors may be adjusted as needed without prior notice.
To ensure a smooth and focused start, please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled class. If it’s your first visit, we recommend arriving 10 minutes early.
Please silence your cell phone upon entering to help preserve a calm, distraction-free atmosphere.
Non-slip grip socks are required for all classes to support safety and hygiene. Forgot yours? We have them available for purchase at the studio.
We love little ones, but for everyone’s safety and focus, children are not permitted in the studio.
Our group classes are designed for participants aged 14 and older. Clients aged 14–15 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Those aged 16–18 may attend with written consent from a legal guardian.
If your scheduled instructor becomes unavailable, a qualified substitute will be provided. In rare cases, a class credit may be issued instead.
To protect our community, we ask that you refrain from attending class if you’re feeling unwell or experiencing any symptoms of illness.
All classes require pre-registration via our website or app. Walk-ins are not guaranteed a spot. Payment is required at the time of booking.
To avoid fees or losing a session, cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before class time through your online profile.
If you miss a reserved class without canceling:
To reschedule or cancel a private session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance by email. Cancellations within 24 hours are considered late and will result in the session being forfeited.
If your desired class is full, you can join the waitlist. Should a spot become available, you'll be automatically enrolled and notified via email and text.
Please note: The waitlist closes 2 hours prior to class. After that, any open spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
We accept most major credit/debit cards and digital wallets. Payments are processed securely at checkout.
We offer flexible memberships and class packages. For full details, please visit our Memberships page.
All sales are final. Memberships and packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged.
Memberships automatically renew each month on your designated billing date. Unused classes do not roll over into the next cycle.
Individual classes are available for purchase and expire 30 days after the date of purchase. Extensions are not offered.
To make adjustments to your membership, please email us at least 14 days before your next billing date.
We allow holds for 1, 2, or 3 months (maximum once per calendar year) for a $20/month fee. Hold requests must be submitted by email at least 14 days before your billing cycle renews. Holds must be in full-month increments.
Class packs and memberships are for individual use only and may not be shared between clients.
To protect everyone’s privacy, recording or photography is not permitted unless approved by all participants and studio staff.
Occasionally, we may take promotional photos or videos in class settings. If you prefer not to be included, just let us know—we’re happy to accommodate.
All clients must sign a liability waiver before joining any class or using our facilities. This waiver affirms that you understand the potential risks of exercise and agree to release the studio and its team from any liability.
