  • Reformer 1

    Perfect for beginners, those returning to movement, prenatal clients, or anyone with limitations, Reformer 1 introduces the foundations of Pilates in a safe and supportive environment. This class moves at a steady, moderate pace with a focus on proper form, breath, and alignment to help you build confidence and control.

    You’ll get familiar with the Reformer and also be introduced to a variety of supportive apparatus and Pilates props including the Springboard, TRX, Ballet Barre, EXO Chair, BOSU, and more. These apparatus and props are thoughtfully incorporated to enhance your strength, flexibility, and body awareness.

    Expect a full-body workout designed to improve mobility, stability, and mind-body connection while creating a strong foundation for more advanced classes.

  • Reformer 1.5

    Reformer 1.5 is the perfect bridge between foundational and intermediate Pilates. Designed for those ready to progress from Reformer 1, this class builds on the basics with increased challenge, variety, and flow while still offering support and modifications as needed.

    In Reformer 1.5, we begin to introduce more balance work, along with kneeling and standing exercises on the Reformer to improve coordination, core control, and stability. You’ll continue refining Pilates principles like breath, alignment, and precision, while exploring dynamic movement sequences that prepare you for more advanced levels.

    This class incorporates the Reformer as the primary apparatus, along with the Springboard, TRX, Ballet Barre, EXO Chair, BOSU, and other Pilates props to expand your practice.

    Participants should be comfortable with Reformer 1 exercises before advancing to Reformer 1.5.

  • Reformer 2

    Reformer 2 is an intermediate-level class designed for clients with a solid understanding of Pilates fundamentals and experience using the Reformer. This class delivers a faster-paced, more challenging workout that emphasizes strength, control, and endurance.

    You’ll move through advanced variations, layered sequences, and coordinated full-body movements with minimal breaks, promoting flow and precision. The Reformer remains the foundation of the workout, but you’ll also incorporate dynamic apparatus such as the Springboard, TRX, Ballet Barre, EXO Chair, BOSU, and other Pilates props to increase intensity and variety.

    Reformer 2 is ideal for those ready to push past their comfort zone, develop deeper core engagement, and build total-body strength all while staying grounded in the Six Pilates principles.

    Please note: This class is not suitable for those with injuries or who are pregnant.

    Participants should be comfortable with Reformer 1.5 exercises before advancing to Reformer 2.

  • Reformer 2.5

    Reformer 2.5 is a challenging, high-energy class designed for experienced clients who are ready to advance beyond Reformer 2. This class introduces more complex choreography, increased balance demands, and greater strength and endurance work—requiring deep core engagement, control, and precise movement.

    You’ll experience longer sequences, quicker transitions, and advanced variations that demand focus and fluidity. Standing, kneeling, and dynamic movements on the Reformer are emphasized, and a wide range of apparatus including the Springboard, TRX, Ballet Barre, EXO Chair, BOSU, and other Pilates props—are integrated to amplify your workout. This class is ideal for those looking to push boundaries, build advanced coordination, and prepare for the highest levels of Pilates training.

    Participants should master Reformer 2 exercises before advancing to Reformer 2.5.

    You’ll use the Reformer as your foundation and incorporate additional apparatus like the EXO Chair, Springboard, TRX, and props for variety and targeted engagement. Expect a strong, balanced workout that leaves you feeling powerful, aligned, and energized.

  • Cardio Jump

Using the jumpboard on the Reformer, you’ll perform low-impact, high-intensity movements that build stamina, power, and cardiovascular endurance—all while staying kind to the joints. Strengthen your legs, tighten your core, and feel the flow of dynamic transitions. This class is not suitable for those who are pregnant.

  • Barre & Reformer

  • TRX & Reformer

You’ll alternate between bodyweight TRX exercises and resistance-based Reformer sequences to build total-body control and coordination. This class focuses on core connection, upper/lower body integration, and dynamic movement.

  • Athletic Pilates

    Designed for the active body, this class pushes Pilates into higher gear with functional training elements, advanced movement patterns, and dynamic pacing. Using the Reformer, EXO Chair, Springboard, TRX, and props, you’ll challenge strength, agility, and endurance in a workout that trains the body to move better both on and off the equipment.

  • Stretch & Restore

This gentle, reformer-based class combines light movement, focused breath, and deep stretching to improve mobility and promote relaxation. Props like the foam roller, ball, and yoga strap may be used to support the body and enhance the experience.

    All levels welcome. Ideal for active recovery or stress relief.
